The end product was beyond expectations. These roofs are not the same roofing systems that were installed in the past. The materials are engineered to last a long time and the crew put it together in a manner that will ensure that is what happens. At the end of every day the crew cleaned up the site, were courteous and a pleasure to be around.
Mulloy Roofing is top notch. Alex Mulloy gave a quote that was better than all the others I’d received prior. He then put ice and water barrier on 100% of the roof, not the minimum that code calls for, eves and valleys. Meticulous workmanship and attention to detail. Clean up was amazing as well, no leftover nails/staples etc **HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS**
Alex and his team have replaced my old composite roof with metal standing seam on multiple pitches. This replacement was warranted given the great amount of snow we get in “Little Siberia!” Their work product was excellent, done on time and at price quoted! I’ve referred him without hesitation to my friends and neighbors!
